Last week, Fresh Art International joined hundreds of other Prospect New Orleans afficionados at the edge of the Mississippi River. We were there to observe the opening of Prospect.3, the 2014 iteration of the city-wide international contemporary art exhibition launched in 2008 to stimulate investment in NOLA’s art scene after Hurricane Katrina. These pictures show some of our finds during two days of exploring.
Stay tuned for Fresh Talk episodes featuring stand-out P.3 projects. In the meantime, you can listen to Fresh Talk episodes with Artistic Director Franklin Sirmans and Surinamese artist Remy Jungerman to find out more about P.3.
