Here are a few of our discoveries while exploring Athens. To see some of the projects in documenta 14, we made our way to Kotzia Square to meet artist and scholar Rasheed Araeen, followed a treasure map to visit local architect Andreas Angelidakis‘s psychedelic transformation of an apartment and sought out Victoria Square to experience the effects of American interventionist Rick Lowe‘s engagement with the local community. You’ll also see evidence of visits to the Conservatoire and the National Museum of Contemporary Art. This fourteenth iteration of the international exhibition takes place in both Athens and Kassel, Germany, its traditional home. These Athens projects will be on view through 16 July 2017.
