Akosua Adoma Owusu, an American filmmaker of Ghanaian descent, talks about her film Kwaku Ananse, a standout project in the 2014 biennial exhibition known as Prospect New Orleans. The title of the film refers to Anansi (spider) tales that originated from the Ashanti people of present-day Ghana.
