Papo Colo is a Puerto Rican born artist who founded New York City’s Exit Art with his partner, Jeanette Ingberman. Across three decades, their dynamic nonprofit contemporary art center had a tremendous impact on the art scene. In May 2012, as an exhibition and events mark the closing of Exit Art, Papo prepares to launch a new venture, a unique finishing school for young creatives in the Puerto Rican rainforest.
